We will require some basic information from you in order to provide a quotation.  We can measure your equipment, or work with a basic sketch or description of your product.  We will also review your designs and help select the most appropriate fabrics to meet your application and cost requirements.

The information we need to quote includes the following:

- Specifications of material - fabric type and weight, dimensions, colors, etc.
- Hardware and trim requirements (handles, straps, rings, grommets, etc.)
- Printing requirements - (size of logo, number of colors, quantity required)
- Expected order quantities on an annual basis.  If you have a new product and are not sure of market demand, start with small
  quantities.
- Delivery dates
- Packaging requirements
- We'll send you a sample product for evaluation.  Once you approve the product, please allow 4 to 6 week lead time for the first
  order. Subsequent orders are usually produced in 3 weeks.
